Overview 

As part of a large-scale energy efficiency initiative, we successfully delivered a comprehensive retrofit solution that involves the installation of External Wall Insulation to a number of council properties under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. The project aimed to enhance sustainability, improve thermal performance, and reduce energy costs for residents while ensuring full compliance with PAS 2030/2035 standards. 

Scope of Works 

Our turnkey retrofit services for this project included: 
 
✅ External Wall Insulation (EWI) – Improving energy efficiency and weather resistance. 
✅ Ventilation Upgrades – We carried out ventilation works such as door undercuts and MEV installations.  
✅ Scaffolding & Access Solutions – Facilitating safe and efficient installation.
