Overview 

Snug Home Insulations successfully delivered a comprehensive whole house retrofit project across a portfolio of 40 individual properties. The primary objective was to enhance energy efficiency and increase each property's EPC rating by assessing and installing tailored energy-saving measures. Special considerations were taken to accommodate vulnerable residents, including the elderly and children, ensuring minimal disruption throughout the works. 

Scope of Works 

Our comprehensive retrofit services for this project included: 
✅ Retrofit Assessment – Conducted detailed property evaluations to determine the most effective measures for energy efficiency improvement. 
✅ Retrofit Coordination – Managed project planning, stakeholder communication, and compliance to ensure seamless execution. 
✅ Installation of Multiple Measures – Delivered tailored energy efficiency improvements, including: 

• External Wall Insulation (EWI) – Enhancing thermal performance and reducing heat loss. 

• Solar PV Systems – Generating renewable electricity to lower energy costs. 

• Heating Controls – Improving energy management and efficiency. 

• Loft Insulation – Preventing heat loss and optimizing energy retention. 

• Comprehensive Handover Packs – Provided detailed documentation per property to support client reporting and funding submissions.
